Celli (not sure if I'm spelling the name correctly - worked the front desk Sat 3/23) made our day by being wonderfully accommodating, engaging and thoughtful. After an early morning flight, she jumped right into action in lieu of my request to get into our room a little earlier than 3:00 p.m. In the midst of so many people in the service industry not connecting the dots about how important it is and/or whether customers notice good service or not, it was great to encounter someone who totally gets it. Major kudos to her! When I/we come back to Nashville, you'll have a return customer primarily because of her professionalism.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of trailer parking. We had a trailer with us this trip. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant, the meal was great, (we had the Cajun Alfredo with Salmon). Ask them not to over grill the salmon for the perfect bite! Stay here, have fun here, tell em the famous author K. DWIGHT CAVNER sent you! kdwightcavner.com OH yeah, the shower had a hand wand in it so you can "warsh yer undercarriage without knowing advanced yoga moves!"

My room was fresh and clean. I arrived early, and not only was I allowed a room earlier than check-in, but I was upgraded to a suite. It was roomy and had a separate living room area with a couch and TV, as well as a TV in the bedroom space. Very clean, modern room perfectly located close to Nashville Airport. Plus, there is breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. So convenient. The staff are polite and professional. Great stay.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. I don't eat pork, yet there were still food choices available for me to choose. Cheese omelets were filling. I would recommend adding turkey or chicken sausages for those who abstain from pork products. I was very glad that the white peppered gravy was meat free. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was nice having a airport shuttle to the airport

We arrived at midnight and were greeted by the nicest, friendliest desk clerk. We felt genuinely welcomed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It felt more upscale than similarly priced hotels. Great value, very positive experience.
